Outlook: “None” color category for Mail and Calendar in the New Outlook for Windows and Web
For users of the New Outlook for Windows and Web, there is now an added feature of a “None” color category for Mail and Calendar. This new option provides users with more flexibility and customization when it comes to categorizing their emails and calendar events. By selecting the “None” option, users can now choose to have items without a designated color. This allows for cleaner organization and more control over which items stand out visually. This feature was made available in December CY2024 and is usable on the Web Cloud Instance GCC High, DoD, GCC, and Worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant).
