SharePoint: Auto-run Data Access Governance (DAG) reports
In a bid to streamline data access governance, Microsoft has introduced an innovative feature in SharePoint that automates DAG reports every 28 days. With this new feature, users can schedule to run DAG reports automatically, and receive notifications once the auto-run job is complete. This latest addition is set to simplify data management and enhance security within SharePoint, making it an essential tool for businesses, organizations, and government agencies alike.
This new feature is set to be generally available on the web platform and cloud instance for worldwide standard multi-tenant users starting in October CY2024.
For those seeking to streamline their data management processes, this latest development is worth keeping an eye on.
