SharePoint: Site Access Review offers a way for SharePoint tenants to empower site owners using Data Access Governance

SharePoint admins can now use Data Access Governance to gain insights into potential oversharing within their tenant. With the new Site Access Review feature, they can request that site owners review permissions based on specific context discovered from the reports. This enables them to track all access review requests from one central location. Site owners receive a corresponding email and can take action within a section of the site that clearly enunciates the data related to sharing and permissions. The feature is available for Data Access Governance - Permissions based reports - count of permissioned user report. This exciting new addition provides SharePoint tenants with a powerful tool to empower site owners to take charge of data access governance within their sites.
