Topics Usage and engagement analytics in Microsoft 365 Admin center
The Microsoft 365 Admin center is introducing new usage and engagement analytics for admins. To access these analytics, navigate to the "Search & Intelligence" section on the left navigation menu, then select "Insights" on the top navigation menu, followed by "Viva Topics". These new analytics will give admins addition usage insights in the admin center. This update is set to roll out from early December 2023 to mid-December 2023. Global admins, SharePoint admins, and group admins will have access to these analytics, so ensure that the necessary roles are assigned accordingly.
