Topics Usage and engagement analytics in Topic center

Microsoft 365 Topic Center is getting a new analytics tab that includes Usage and Engagement metrics to help organizations analyze the impact of their existing topics on users. This feature is expected to roll out in early December 2023 and will be available for admins or other users who have access to "Who can manage Topics" within the Manage Topics settings. End-users will not have access to this dashboard. Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 118768 is associated with this update, and the message ID is MC696173.

With these new analytics, organizations will be able to track usage and engagement of topics within the Topic Center and see how they are being utilized. This information can be useful for decision-making and for catering to the needs of users more efficiently. No preparation is needed for this update, and the rollout is expected to be completed by mid-December 2023.

To access these analytics, navigate to the "Analytics" tab of the Topic Center and go to "Usage and Engagement" metrics. Stay ahead of the curve and effectively utilize the tools provided to achieve efficient results.
