Analytics Insights for Virtual Appointments in Microsoft Teams

Virtual appointments are becoming increasingly popular in today's digital era, and Microsoft Teams is making it easier for organizations to drive business outcomes through these appointments. With new insights available in Teams, Tenant admins can view updated analytics on virtual appointments, including the average lobby wait times for scheduled versus on-demand appointments, the percentage of appointments completed after the scheduled end time, and the percentage of appointments that begin late.

These updated insights, available in the Analytics tab inside the Virtual Appointments application in Teams, help Tenant Admins understand their organization's usage of Virtual Appointments tied to Bookings calendars. These insights will be available to users in the targeted release from early November to mid-November, and in the standard release from mid-November to late November.

There is no pre-work required for this update. Simply navigating to the Analytics tab in Teams will give Tenant admins access to this valuable information. With this update, Microsoft Teams makes it easy for organizations to optimize their virtual appointments and drive better business outcomes.
