Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Data Loss Prevention – customization & preview of email notifications

Microsoft Purview's Data Loss Prevention email notification has undergone significant upgrades to provide admins with greater control and flexibility. With enhanced token support, admins can offer detailed information to end-users. Additionally, admins can now choose to exclude or include matching email messages, personalize the sender's display name and email body, and review email notifications before sending them. These improvements in communication provide a tailored experience for end-users with Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention. The release date for these enhancements is set for November CY2023, and the preview release date is expected in October CY2023. These upgrades are available worldwide on a web cloud instance.
