Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Information Protection – Save filters for Activity Explorer

Microsoft Purview has released a new feature that allows users to save filters applied to Activity Explorer and use them later. This enables users to save time and increase productivity when searching for specific activities and events. This feature is currently in the Preview Release phase, with a release date set for April CY2024 and a Preview date of February CY2024. It is available on the web-based Cloud Instance worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant). The feature was created on December 13th, 2023 and can be tracked using Roadmap ID 374375.

To take advantage of this new feature, users can simply apply filters to their search in Activity Explorer and click "Save as filter" to add it to their list of saved filters. These saved filters can then be used at any time to quickly access the search results they need.
