Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Information Protection and Data Loss Prevention – User scoping RBAC
Microsoft is introducing a new role-based access control (RBAC) feature in their Purview compliance portal for Information Protection and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) related events. RBAC allows you to delegate management and remediation authority for different people in different regions or organization units based on your needs. This new feature will also extend to the Microsoft 365 Defender portal. The release date for this feature is set for June CY2023 with a preview available in March CY2023. The platform is web-based and is available on the cloud instance worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant). The roadmap ID for this feature is 93417.
