Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Information Protection and Data Loss Prevention – User scoping RBAC
The Microsoft Purview compliance portal is set to introduce a role-based access control (RBAC) feature that allows you to delegate management and remediation authority to different people across different regions or organization units. This feature will extend to the Microsoft 365 Defender portal for Information Protection and DLP (Data Loss Prevention) related events. This allows for better scoping of user access and improves compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The product is set to release as a General Availability Release in June CY2023 with a preview available in March CY2023. The platform will be available on the web cloud instance worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant) and the roadmap ID for the feature is 93417.
