Workflows replacing Connectors within Microsoft Teams channels menu

Microsoft Teams is set to replace the Connectors option with workflows powered by Power Automate within the overflow menu for channels. This is aimed at improving the workflow experience for users and making it easier to configure workflows for specific channels. Users can access workflow templates through the overflow menu of a specific channel and configure them to meet their needs before deploying them to the channel. The rollout will begin in August for targeted release before extending to standard release in September. This change is intended to deliver greater flexibility, scalability and security for users of Connectors. Users should familiarize themselves with the new entry point for Connectors on the channel settings page, which will be accessible through the overflow menu. The Power Automate app should be enabled in Teams Admin Center to access this functionality. Tenant administrators should communicate this change to users who rely on Connectors.
