Improvements to ‘People I Invite’ Meeting Lobby Policy

Improvements to ‘People I Invite’ Meeting Lobby Policy

A new update is coming to the Teams Meeting lobby policy, which will allow users to add distribution lists to the invite list for meetings with a lobby policy set to "People I Invite". Users who are part of the distribution list will be able to bypass the lobby, making it easier for them to join the meeting. The update is set to roll out in mid-May and will affect how the "People I Invite" lobby policy functions in regard to distribution lists. It's recommended that organizations update their training and documentation accordingly.
