Microsoft Teams: Meeting invite improvements
Microsoft is improving the design of meeting invitations in Teams to ensure the most important information is visible and categorized better. The link for joining a meeting will be more visible and prominent. Users will also be able to easily access information from the Microsoft Help Center in case they face any trouble joining or have concerns. Info relevant only to meeting organizers will be moved to a separate session labeled "For organizers". This update is expected to be rolled out between mid-February and mid-March 2024. If you want to prepare your internal documentation for this update, you may consider informing your users about it.
