Microsoft Teams: Start Whiteboard from Teams meeting from Teams Rooms on Windows
Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows now provides users with the ability to start a Microsoft Whiteboard during a Teams meeting by using the in-meeting share content function. This new feature is particularly useful for remote collaborators and helps to facilitate effective teamwork and collaboration. The Whiteboard will be attributed to the meeting organizer so that they have control over access to the artifact. The feature is now in General Availability release phase and was created on October 21, 2022. It is available on the desktop cloud instance GCC, DoD, Worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant), and GCC High.
