Microsoft Teams: Usage reports for bookable desks in the Pro Management portal
Microsoft Teams has introduced a new feature that allows administrators with a Teams Shared Device license assigned to a desk pool to view analytics for bookable desks, including usage, reservations, occupancy, and other metrics. This feature can be accessed through the 'Reports' section in the Pro Management portal, providing valuable insights for desk management and optimization. The feature was made generally available in December 2024 and is available on both desktop and cloud platforms for Worldwide and GCC instances.
