Microsoft Teams: Bookable desks
Microsoft Teams has introduced a new feature known as "Bookable desks" which allows users to reserve desks in shared workspaces by just plugging in and using the desks. With this feature, IT administrators can locate bookable desks in shared spaces through the Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro Management portal and collect data on desk utilization for proactive planning and management. This feature was made generally available in May CY2024 and is compatible with both Desktop and Cloud platforms across worldwide instances. This is a useful tool for creating a more efficient and streamlined workspace experience.
