Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Data Loss Prevention-Improving DLP Policy tip text for matched recipients in Outlook win32

Microsoft is making an update to the DLP Policy tip text in Outlook windows desktop client to deliver a more considerate approach. This update will be visible when end-users attempt to send a sensitive email to recipients who are not authorized by the organization's DLP policies. The new policy tip will urge users to review the content and recipients before sending the email. This update is set to be released in the General Availability phase in February CY2024.
