Fixing timestamp format in Teams meeting Transcripts files

If your organization uses .docx or .vtt Teams meeting transcript files, be aware that a fix will soon be rolled out to update the timestamp format to follow the WebVTT timestamp standard. The current timestamp format (ex. 0:0:0.0 –> 0:0:1.890) will be updated to 00:00:0.0 –> 00:00:1.890. This fix is expected to be rolled out in mid-January and completed by the end of January. Organizations that don't depend on the transcript file timestamps can ignore this message, but those with dependencies for discovery, compliance, etc. will need to update to accommodate the new timestamp standard.
