Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Planner –Data eDiscovery in Microsoft Purview
Microsoft Purview has added a new feature that allows conducting content search for eDiscovery and legal hold on Planner tasks. This new feature includes all the tasks shared with groups along with their associated comments and attachments. This allows for an easier and more efficient way to conduct an eDiscovery within Planner tasks for compliance purposes.
The feature is currently in the Preview Release phase and is set to be available for worldwide use on the Cloud platform and the Web. Its release date is set for July 2024. The feature ID is 399550 and more information can be found on the Microsoft 365 Roadmap website.
Overall, the Microsoft Purview compliance portal continues to enhance its features and tools to support compliance and eDiscovery for its users.
