Microsoft Purview compliance portal: eDiscovery Premium-Enhancements to eDiscovery experience for Microsoft Forms content

The Microsoft Purview compliance portal's eDiscovery Premium feature has received enhancements tailored to improve user experience with respect to Microsoft Forms content. With the new update, admins can perform targeted searches for Microsoft Forms content using specific keywords within their collections. The update also enables administrators to view comprehensive metadata for these items, including the form title along with responses associated with the form. Additionally, both the original form and responses can be reviewed and exported together. These modifications also promise to streamline the management of Forms content via eDiscovery, easing the pain points for users and adding to the confidence of organizations when using Forms for operations with potential legal implications.

General availability for this product release phase is slated for January CY2024, with a preview planned for December of CY2023.
