Microsoft Teams: Music on Hold for Voice over IP Calls and PSTN Consult and Transfer for GCCH and DOD
Microsoft Teams now offers the feature of playing music on hold for VOIP calls, as well as for VOIP and PSTN consult and transfer scenarios. This update was released on the Web Cloud Instance, with General Availability Release phase in October CY2022 for the DoD and GCC High platforms.
