Outlook: Folder tags on items in Search Folders in the new Outlook for Windows and web
The new Outlook for Windows and web users have a new enhancement that provides them with quick and easy access to contextual information. Search Folders will now display a folder tag within the message list, indicating the folder to which each email belongs. This improvement improves navigation and organization within mailboxes. The enhancement was released under the General Availability release phase in April CY2024, and you can find more information on the roadmap ID 388915 on the provided link.
