Outlook: Folder/Subfolder Recursive Search
Searching for emails in Outlook can be a tedious task, especially when you have a large number of folders and subfolders. However, this post brings good news. With the latest update, Outlook now allows you to carry out recursive searches not just in the main folder, but within all its subfolders as well. This means that you can now locate emails with ease, even if they are buried within deep subfolders.
This feature is expected to be available globally on the web and cloud platform from November 2023. It is a part of Microsoft's roadmap ID 151025 and is sure to make the lives of Outlook users a lot easier.
