Outlook: From the new Outlook for Windows, open Word, Excel, and PowerPoint attachments in desktop apps

The new version of Outlook for Windows has arrived, and it allows users to open attachments in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint directly from the desktop app by double-clicking on them. This new feature makes it easier to view and work on attachments, as it eliminates the need for users to navigate to the desired app manually. This feature is now generally available as of October CY2023, and is applicable to the Desktop Cloud Instance Worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant). To access this feature, all users need is the latest version of Outlook for Windows, and they can begin working on their documents with ease.
