Microsoft Teams: Manage Attendee Audio Permissions for DoD

Microsoft Teams has just released a new feature that allows meeting organizers and presenters to manage the audio capabilities of meeting attendees. Organizers can enable or disable an attendee's ability to use their mic, or share audio, before the meeting begins while both event presenters and organizers can modify attendee speaking capabilities during the meeting. This latest update enhances privacy and security in meetings involving sensitive information and makes it easier to control participants' audio during meetings. The feature is available as part of Microsoft Teams' General Availability Release.
To access this feature, head over to the Microsoft Teams Roadmap Link, which provides a comprehensive guide to the feature's functionality.
