Outlook: Multiple insights and notifications on profile cards
The new update for Outlook brings in a useful feature that allows users to view multiple insights and notifications on their own or on their colleague's profile card. Previously, only a single insight or notification was visible, but with the update, users can access more information through a "Show All" button. This enhancement brings added convenience and functionality to the platform and is available for the desktop and cloud instances. The update was released on May CY2024 and is now in General Availability phase. This feature is accessible to Worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant) cloud instances and its roadmap ID is 395789.
