Outlook: Support for Exchange On-Premises Servers

Microsoft Outlook for Mac is set to provide support for accounts associated with Microsoft Exchange on-premises servers. This new development is a welcomed addition that aims to bring the benefits and convenience of Outlook to businesses that still rely on Exchange on-premises solutions.

The update is set to be released in July CY2024, and it signals Microsoft's commitment to serving all types of clients, regardless of their choice of email software and mail servers. This announcement was made public on October 17, 2023, with the feature being assigned the roadmap ID 182252.
