Refiners Available in Outlook Web
Good news for Outlook Web users! Refiners are now available on the platform, making it easier to filter search results and locate specific emails. These refiners appear after a user completes a search, and allow for further filtering of search results. This update is already in the process of rolling out and is expected to be fully implemented by late August 2023.
This feature will provide a more efficient way of searching for emails in Outlook Web, making it easier for users to find what they are looking for. As an Outlook Web user, there is no action required from your end. However, it might help to notify your users of this feature and update any relevant training documentation.
