Microsoft Search: Content source filters in Microsoft Search

Microsoft Search has introduced a new feature that allows users to filter search results by content source, enabling a more targeted and efficient search process. This feature is available on multiple platforms, such as microsoft365.com, SharePoint Home, and Bing @ Work. It will be particularly useful for tenants with multiple sources configured in Microsoft Search, including Power BI, Viva Learning, and third-party sources indexed via Microsoft Graph Connectors. The feature was released on a general availability basis in March CY2024 and is accessible through the web cloud platform. Check out the Microsoft Search roadmap link for more details.
