Outlook: Import and export support for data files in Outlook
In the latest update for Outlook, users now have access to a feature that enables the importing and exporting of data files such as PST and OLM. Previously, Outlook for Mac only supported exporting OLM data files, but with this update, it now supports both importing and exporting OLM files. The release phase for this feature is currently in preview and the official release date is scheduled for March CY2025, with the preview being available from February of that year. This update is available for Outlook users on Mac across all platforms including GCC, Worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant), GCC High, and DoD instances. The roadmap ID for this feature is 405754.
For Outlook users looking to manage their data more easily, this update provides a convenient solution for importing and exporting data files. This feature is set to become an integral part of the Outlook experience, and users can look forward to even more improvements and updates in the future.
