Outlook: Initial version of PST support in new Outlook for Windows

Microsoft Outlook is introducing PST support in its new version for Windows. This feature allows users to open ".pst" files or Outlook Data Files, read all email messages within them, and search for specific email messages. However, this initial support is limited to Mail items and is read-only. Unfortunately, users are unable to access Calendar, Contacts, and Tasks data saved in the ".pst" files at this moment. This version of Outlook for Windows is expected to be released globally in March 2025 and will only be available for desktop and standard multi-tenant cloud instances.
Stay tuned for further updates on this feature as it evolves over time.
