Microsoft Purview | Information Protection: Office for the web can limit copy to clipboard for encrypted files (U.S. government clouds)
Microsoft Purview Information Protection and Microsoft Office for the web are joining forces to amp up content protection and enhance secure document sharing in the U.S government clouds. With this integration, users will have limited ability to copy content to the clipboard enabled by the Microsoft Purview Information Protection encryption setting. The feature is set to be generally available by January 2023 and will roll out across web Cloud Instances GCC High, DoD, and GCC.
