Microsoft Viva: Pulse admins can share links to Pulse templates
Microsoft has announced a new feature that will enable Pulse admins to share template links, thereby simplifying access for users. The feature will be enabled by default and will not require any admin action prior to rollout. This new feature will be rolled out worldwide from mid-September 2024 and is expected to be completed by early October 2024. The feature will allow Pulse admins to copy and share links to pulse templates from the customization page or directly from a template. This will enable users to find templates more easily and use or edit them to create and send a pulse. Before this rollout, users had to discover templates for themselves in the Pulse app, however, after the rollout, pulse admins will be able to share template links to all users. Administrators should inform their Pulse admins and review the impact on their organizations.
Make sure to review and assess the impact of this new feature on your organization. Share this communication with all Viva pulse admins in your organization. Learn how to manage available surveys and questions by visiting the provided link.
