Microsoft Viva Amplify: Access to most recent templates
Microsoft Viva Amplify is upgrading its template access, giving priority to user-created templates. These templates will now appear first on the campaign overview page, with the latest template given the top spot. Additional templates can still be managed under "View all templates." This change is part of Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 398978 and began its rollout in mid-June 2024, expected to complete by the end of June 2024. The update will allow users to easily access their most recently used templates, improving their experience. This feature update is available by default, and the rollout will occur automatically. Users may wish to inform others of the change and update relevant documentation. For more information, users should see 'Create and use publication templates.'
