Viva Pulse Service Plan – Rollout to Viva Suite
In mid-October, all users with a license assignment to certain Microsoft Viva Suite SKUs will be assigned a new Viva Pulse service plan by default. This update will not impact any other part of the Viva experience or Microsoft 365 admin center but admins will see the new service plan in the 'Licenses and Apps' section. Users who need access to Viva Pulse should be noted and any necessary updates should be made. Admins should also make a note of the new service plan names for their administrative records and update relevant provisioning documentation as needed. Resources including Microsoft Learn and Microsoft Community Hub are available for more information. This message is relevant to organizations subscribed to one of the affected SKUs.
