OneNote In-App Support Feature in Win32
The OneNote In-App Support feature is now available on Win32, allowing users to connect with a support team using the messaging support feature directly. The rollout will begin in late January 2023 and is expected to be completed by mid-February 2023. All OneNote users will have access to this feature, but only the Tenant's Admin and Teachers can chat with a Live Support Agent. This feature will provide valuable insights to the OneNote team on the pain points of EDU customers on Win32.
