Interacting with customer support can be a frustrating experience, but Microsoft has made things a little easier with its new chat feature. Users accessing the Power Platform Admin Portal can now create support tickets with the added option of a chat feature. While not being able to opt-out initially seemed intimidating, giving the chat a try proved to be "rather neat."
