Power Platform admin center – Planned maintenance impacting support case creation

If you're a user of the Power Platform admin center and Lifecycle Services, it's important to be aware of the upcoming maintenance that will impact the creation of support cases. During an eight-hour maintenance window, users may encounter an error when attempting to create a support case using the Power Platform admin center or the Lifecycle Services portal. While other aspects of the Help + Support page, as well as other areas of the Power Platform admin center and the Lifecycle Services portal, will remain functional during this window, ticket creation will be unavailable for an hour. Therefore, users are advised to communicate this maintenance window to those responsible for creating support cases and, for critical cases that need immediate support, to call Customer Support instead of submitting a case online.
