Microsoft Viva: Feature Access Management

With Microsoft Viva, administrators can now manage designated Viva Engage features for specific users through the Microsoft 365 admin center. This allows for greater control over feature access management, ensuring that users have access to the tools they need to be productive. This new feature was released in September CY2023 and is available on the web cloud instance, worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant). The roadmap ID for this feature is 117504 and can be found on the Microsoft 365 roadmap.
For administrators looking to streamline feature access management for Microsoft Viva, this new capability offers greater flexibility and control over the tools that employees have at their disposal.
