Microsoft Viva: Engage – Storyline per-user control

Microsoft Viva has released a new feature where admins can control which users have the ability to create new storyline posts in their Viva Engage network. With this new feature, admins have another option to manage storyline in their network aside from the current approach of either enabling or disabling storyline for all users. It is important to note that this feature does not affect those who can reply or react to the storyline posts. All users with access to Viva Engage can reply and react to storyline posts regardless of whether they have storyline posting privileges or not.

This new feature will be available for general availability release in September CY2023, and is hosted on the web cloud platform worldwide for the standard multi-tenant instance of Microsoft Viva.
