Feature Access Management in Viva Learning for Admin features

Viva Learning has introduced a feature access management system for admin features, allowing Global Admin and Knowledge Admin to delegate such access to non-admin users via M365 groups. This rollout will commence in mid-July for targeted release, and at the end of July for standard release. This change allows admins to delegate access for managing Viva Learning admin tab features to non-admin users, and requires no action from users to prepare for the change.

It is advisable to notify relevant users in your organization about this change, and update any documentation as necessary. For those in the Viva Learning Early Adopter Program, the rollout process will commence in mid-July.
