Outlook: Checking feedback policy across all accounts

Outlook: Checking feedback policy across all accounts

In an effort to tighten security measures, Outlook will now be checking feedback policies for all user accounts instead of just their primary account. This means that eligibility for submitting feedback will be based on the most restrictive policy value found across all accounts. For example, if Feedback is disabled by policy for any of a user's accounts, the Feedback button in the Help tab of the ribbon will not be shown for any of their accounts. This change is set to take effect in the General Availability release phase for the new Outlook for Windows in October CY2024, on both desktop and cloud platforms, across all worldwide instances for Standard Multi-Tenant users.

For users with multiple accounts, this change reinforces the importance of reviewing and adhering to feedback policies for all accounts in order to maintain eligibility for submitting feedback.
