Outlook: New Feedback Experience Update

Outlook: New Feedback Experience Update

Microsoft is updating the feedback experience for Outlook for Web to make it easier for users to provide and describe feedback. The feedback entry point will move to the Help tab of the ribbon for easy discovery, and Microsoft will offer a more streamlined diagnostic log collection process. Users can even add screenshots and video to help describe their issues. The change will go live in late October 2023 and is expected to be complete by early November of the same year. While this change follows Microsoft's general Feedback policy, customers will need to refer to the Feedback button in the Help tab of the ribbon rather than the bottom of the Help pane. M365 Admin offers documentation for disabling the updated feedback experience if necessary.
