New Viva admin experience in M365 Admin Center

Microsoft 365 Admin Center has introduced a new Viva admin experience, providing an updated look for license configuration, role allocation, and access to individual app configuration pages. Admins can now find more guidance on the best procedures to configure their tenants and deploy Viva from a central location in the Microsoft 365 admin center. The Viva suite is also now discoverable via a search, making it easier to find Viva apps. From the updated Viva suite setup page, admins can view details about the Viva apps in their tenant, such as plan type and the assigned app admins. Moving to the Viva suite page, admins can navigate to a specific app page where they can follow a guided dashboard for setting up and configuring the app before handing off management to the app admin. Editing an app's configuration is also possible via the experience page. In addition, the experience includes improved documentation and videos for easy usage by both technical and non-technical users. This new experience is being rolled out and is expected to be available for all customers in the coming months.
