Viva Pulse Admin Experience

Viva Pulse is an employee feedback experience integrated with the Viva Suite subscription. The feedback tool enables managers and project team leaders to request and receive feedback from their teams. It offers a selection of research-based templates that allow managers to create and send surveys to particular individuals or groups. The feedback can be tracked over time to understand team sentiment and can be used to inform clear actionable steps to address feedback. A new admin experience for Viva Pulse has been introduced to provide consistency and clarity across the Viva suite. The update is designed to enhance the configuration and management of Viva Pulse in the Microsoft 365 admin center. The rollout has already begun and is expected to be completed by late August 2023. There will be no changes to any existing configurations, and no impact on the end-user experience. To access the Viva Pulse admin experience, navigate to the Setup tab in the Microsoft 365 admin center and click on Viva Collection -> Viva Pulse, or use the search bar at the top of the admin center home page. No action is required by organizations in preparation for this update.
