Microsoft Purview compliance portal | eDiscovery: Compliance boundary cmdlet tool to manage compliance boundary property
Microsoft Purview compliance portal is introducing a new cmdlet called 'Invoke-ComplianceSecurityFilterAction' for managing compliance boundary properties for mailboxes and sites. The feature will make compliance management easier, but it is turned off by default. The rollout will start in mid-July 2024 and end by late August 2024. It will help in situations where a Microsoft OneDrive site needs to be brought back into compliance following a user's departure or inactive mailbox not correctly assigned. Organizations are advised to review the cmdlet documentation and prepare the compliance admins for the update. You can learn more about the Compliance boundary cmdlet on Microsoft Learn.
