Microsoft Viva Insights: We are pausing the Digest email
Microsoft Viva Insights will be temporarily stopping the delivery of Digest emails to users from April 1, 2024. Instead, users can make use of the Viva Insights app in Teams or the Viva Insights Outlook add-in. It is recommended that users review the impact of this change on their organization and update their documentation as needed. This alteration is in response to customer feedback regarding the need to make the emails timely and relevant for recipients.
Going forward, users will be able to find all of the features previously available in the Digest email within the Viva Insights app. This change means that users will no longer receive Digest emails from Viva Insights, they can instead use the Viva Insights app in Teams or the web, or the Viva Insights Outlook add-in.
If you rely on the Digest email from Viva Insights, it is recommended that you familiarize yourself with the Viva Insights app and review the impact of this change on your organization. You may also consider updating your documentation as appropriate.
