Meeting Category Trends and Details in the Viva Insights App in Teams and Meeting Category Insights Card in Digest Email

The Viva Insights app in Teams has an upcoming update focused on meeting category insights. The update will allow users to track changes in their meeting time distribution over 3 months, the last 4 weeks, and the next 4 weeks in meeting trends while also giving users a list of meetings with details under meeting details. Additionally, a new card in Digest email from Microsoft Viva summarizes a user's most frequent meeting categories in the last 4 weeks. The card will show what percentage of a user's time the categories account for as well as how that percentage changed in the previous 4 weeks. Users can access more details by navigating to the meeting category insights in the Viva Insights app, and these updates will be available for users with a Viva Insights subscription. Users who haven't categorized any meetings recently won't be able to access these insights until they do so. The update is expected to be rolled out between mid-October and late October.
