Microsoft Edge: Edge on MacOS now seamlessly opens links in Teams
Microsoft Edge on MacOS has received an update that allows it to seamlessly open links in Teams. When you choose Microsoft Edge as your default browser and enable this feature, any web links sent via chats, channels, calendar, etc. in the Teams desktop app will automatically open in the profile that is signed into the Teams app, without needing to reauthenticate in the browser. This makes accessing content faster and easier. Administrators can control the availability of this feature through the "Choose Which Browser Opens Web Links" Microsoft 365 policy. This update is now generally available and can be accessed worldwide.
