Microsoft Teams: Specific People Link support for Collaborative Notes
Microsoft Teams has introduced a new feature called Collaborative Notes to improve the effectiveness and security of meetings. As a result, the component now generates a Specific People Link (PSL) by default, which offers more controlled access than the Company Specific Link (CSL) type. With this update, tenants who had previously disabled Collaborative Notes due to a lack of PSL support can now take advantage of the feature. The change also aligns with tenants who have set their file-sharing policy as Specific People. The new feature was released on January CY2024 and is available on both desktop and cloud platforms worldwide. For more information, visit the Microsoft Teams roadmap using the provided link.
